Refund & Cancellation Policy
N & S TELECOM LLC (DBA “NS Telecom”) is an authorized retail sub-dealer for prepaid wireless services. All activations and airtime refills are processed through authorized third-party platforms, including VidaPay and Roshan Enterprises Inc. As a retail dealer, NS Telecom facilitates the transaction but does not provide carrier network services directly.
1. Cancellation Policy
Activations: Once a prepaid SIM card or mobile line has been activated through our authorized portal, the service is considered “delivered” by the carrier.
Recurring Plans: Customers wishing to cancel ongoing prepaid services must do so by contacting the carrier (e.g., Verizon Prepaid) directly or by allowing the prepaid period to expire without a refill.
Third-Party Terms: Prepaid service simply expires at the end of the paid period if not refilled. There are no cancellation fees for prepaid service.
2. Refund Policy
Prepaid Airtime/Refills: Most carriers consider prepaid airtime, PINs, and refills to be non-refundable once the transaction is completed through the VidaPay portal.
Disputed Charges: If you believe a transaction was processed in error, please contact NS Telecom at nstelecomsllc@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will coordinate with our Master Agent (Roshan Enterprises Inc.) and the carrier to investigate eligibility for a credit or refund.
Carrier Decisions: NS Telecom does not have the authority to override a carrier’s refund policy. All final refund decisions are made by the respective telecommunications provider.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are typically non-refundable as they represent services already rendered or equipment already used:
Standard activation or “setup” fees.
Shipping and handling fees for physical SIM cards.
Airtime already consumed on an active line.
4. Billing & Payment Responsibility
All payments processed on this website are for the retail purchase of prepaid airtime and activations. Your billing statement may reflect the name of the authorized platform (VidaPay) or the retail entity (N & S TELECOM LLC).
5. Technical Issues & Service Quality
NS Telecom is not responsible for carrier network outages, coverage limitations, or device-specific technical issues. For network-related support, customers must contact the carrier’s official support line.
6. Important Disclosure
N & S TELECOM LLC is a retail sales entity only. We do not provide device repair, hardware troubleshooting, or technical support. Our role is strictly limited to the sale and activation of eligible telecommunications products through our authorized partnerships.
