NS Telecom does not own, operate, control, or manage any wireless network, carrier billing system, corporate account system, or official carrier customer service department. Any services provided by NS Telecom are offered as a retail assistance service, and final approval, activation, account changes, payment processing, service availability, network coverage, pricing, refunds, and policy decisions are controlled by the applicable carrier, platform, or service provider.
