1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services by contacting the respective telecommunications provider directly or by contacting our support team for assistance.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on:

  • service agreements or minimum commitment periods

If a service is canceled before the end of a provider’s commitment period, early termination charges may apply as determined by the provider.

NS Telecom does not control provider cancellation terms but can assist customers in connecting with the appropriate provider support.


2. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the respective telecommunications provider based on their policies and service agreements.

Factors that may affect refunds include:

  • service activation status
  • usage of the service
  • installation completion
  • provider-specific terms and conditions
  • equipment return requirements

NS Telecom does not process or guarantee refunds directly, but we may assist customers in submitting requests to the provider where applicable.


3. Non-Refundable Charges

  • installation or activation fees
  • setup or administrative charges
  • partially used service periods
  • equipment-related charges
  • any applicable penalties or fees

4. Equipment Returns

If equipment is provided by a telecommunications provider:

  • equipment must be returned according to the provider’s guidelines
  • failure to return equipment may result in additional charges
  • refund processing (if applicable) may depend on equipment return status

5. Billing & Payments

All billing, payments, pricing, and charges are handled by the respective telecommunications provider.

NS Telecom does not control:

  • billing cycles
  • payment processing
  • pricing changes
  • currency conversion charges

Customers are responsible for reviewing provider terms and making payments directly to the provider.


6. Service Interruptions

Any service interruptions, outages, or performance issues are managed by the telecommunications provider.

Refunds or credits for service interruptions are:

  • subject to provider policies
  • dependent on service agreements

Customers who need help with cancellations or refunds may:
